How can we help you today?

You can book an appointment at our location in Dublin (Dun Laoghaire).

The easiest way to do this is to fill out the online form for repeat prescriptions on the website. The form has all the information we need and we will do our very best to send out all repeat prescriptions within 2 working days.

Only to be used if you already have a follow up appointment booked, if you are on a repeat medication plan please choose Repeat prescription

We try our best to ensure that your review date with a doctor happens before your medication is due to expire but in some situations this might happen. You may need a couple of days to “bridge the gap” between meds expiring and your next appointment. Just fill out your details below and we will send a prescription to your pharmacy to tide you over. Remember to give us your pharmacy details.

ADHD medication works well up to 80% of the time but it can take time to adjust to the medication. It is important to remember that if you can’t tolerate the side effects – stop taking the medication immediately and contact the clinic. This is not dangerous and nothing bad will happen; you can stop the medication from one day to the next.

When you start the medication you may experience nausea and appetite loss. You may have headaches and a dry mouth. These are very common side effects and usually improve after a week or so. The appetite suppression is usually the last to improve but it will with time.

Some people experience a “crash” in the evenings and so you might feel really exhausted or your mood may be lower than usual (especially in the evening) at the beginning when you take the medication. This usually improves once the dose increases but it can be very worrying for some. Again if you are very concerned just stop the medication and reach out to us.

You can claim a full refund with cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Between 24-48 hours cancellation notice will entitle you to 50% refund.

We are very sorry but any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

If you are travelling overseas and need a travel letter please complete the form below. Turnaround time: 5 working days.

If you need us to complete a Section C: Evidence of Disability form for your DARE application please submit your details below. There is a fee of €60 for the completion of this form. The form will be completed within 7 working days.

There is a worldwide shortage of ADHD medicines because of increased global demand and manufacturing problems in the supply chain.

How long will the shortage last?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to give clarity on this presently.

Is this affecting all pharmacies?
Yes, all pharmacies are impacted therefore stocks can be at risk over the course of a given month.

What if I cannot get my ADHD prescription?
The first step is to try other pharmacies, as another one may have it in stock. Your local pharmacy may also help you to find a supply, and you can ask for your prescription to be made available to other pharmacies. If you are still unable to get your prescription, please contact us via our contact form below and we will see if there is an alternative for you to try.

Should I be concerned if I run out of medication?
It is very important to remember that there is no risk to your health if you run out of medication. These medicines can safely be stopped for a few days. In fact the guidelines recommend having regular treatment breaks from ADHD medications.

Please note that receipt requests will take up to 5 working days to process.

If you have any questions about your medication that are not related to the forms above, please complete the form below.

Before submitting, please check that your query does not relate to any other contact options. Please keep in mind submitting to the correct form will reduce the time taken to get to your query. If you’re sure it doesn’t fit into the above categories, please continue below.
