You can modify or cancel your appointment by logging in to your Phorest account.

You can claim a full refund with cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Between 24-48 hours cancellation notice will entitle you to 50% refund.

We are very sorry but any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
